Weston International Capital Markets LLC. (“WICM”) recognizes the importance of protecting your personal and financial information. In general WICM does not do business with consumers and, therefore, does not collect such information from consumers. In the event that WICM engages in business with a consumer and such consumer provides us with his/her personal and financial information, such as his/her name, address, Social Security number, or other information, WICM would treat such information about its consumers as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting access to it.

We would anticipate that WICM would receive this information from consumers when such consumers were communicating or transacting with us in writing, electronically, or by phone or such information could come in connection with applications, trades or other transactions and account positions. On occasion, such information could come from those providing services to us, such as a clearing agent.

We would not sell information about current or former customers to any third parties, and we would not disclose such information to third parties unless necessary to process a transaction, or service an account. We might, however, share such information within The Weston Group family of companies.

In the event that WICM engages in business with a consumer and such consumer provides us with his/her personal and financial information, we would maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect such consumer’s personal and financial information. Within WICM, access to such information is limited to those who need it to perform their jobs, such as servicing the applicable account(s), resolving problems, or informing the consumer of new products or services. Our Code of Conduct, which applies to all employees within The Weston Group family of companies, restricts the use of client information and requires that it be held in strict confidence. Effective Date and Additional Changes: The effective date of this Privacy Policy is August __, 2009. From time to time, we may change our Privacy Policy. When it is revised or materially changed, we will update the effective date. You can determine whether there have been changes since the last time you reviewed them, by simply checking the effective date.
